Are You Navigating Loss and Love?

If only I had known it was you I was waiting for all along.

There are so many ways this resonates for me.

It connects to my relationships and the amazing man I am with.

It connects to my Reiki journey and finding myself.

And now it connects to my passion and the “you” I get to connect with.

Because my journey as a relationship coach and healer has traveled through different niches including soul mates and then married couples. But something has been a little off. Something couldn’t quite connect into place.

I mean, yes, I help people who are married and struggling, who are going through divorce, who met a soul mate and fell into separation, and people who are just tired of their dating toxic patterns. And I’m gifted in these areas. But something has been missing.

Yesterday, I was gifted a Quantum Healing Session, and some guidance came through that clicked everything into place: my journey, my friendships, my gifts, my abilities and my passions.

You see, my journey has included my bestie healing from the unexpected loss of her husband and finding love again. And then when my brother passed, I learned a lot about grief and healing. And, also with my brother’s passing, I watched my sister-in-law follow a similar path as my bestie.

The truth is that behind the scenes, their marriages weren’t perfect. But that didn’t prepare them for the unexpected shift life threw at them.

What I know about grief is that no matter the circumstances, no matter how it happens, your heart is never ready for it.

Ultimately, I have learned that healing and love don’t always make sense.

I know there’s pain, guilt, and confusion. And, eventually there’s yearning.

And, there is no set timeline for it.

I also know that my soul mate clients are my besties.

So, it’s you, the beautiful woman healing from unexpected loss who is grieving, who wants to be open to love again, but who is still hurting or afraid it’s too soon.

It’s you I am talking to. It’s you I see and recognize. It’s you I can help.

You are who I’ve been waiting for. You’ve just been waiting on me to know and find you.

If you’ve experienced the unexpected loss of your life partner and need help picking up the pieces and moving on, let’s chat. I would love to guide you and help you open up your heart to the “you” that’s waiting for you.
